The owner of an existing and well know business came to us with the desire to develop a landmark 2000m² Liquor Store with the addition of commercial offices above. A condition of this requirement was that the existing business, established on the site, could not close or be impeded from operating during the construction of the new building.
Due to limitations of the site and to ensure the continuous operation of the existing business the resulting building provided a ground floor tenancy of 1850m² with access to 92 car bays. The development also contains two commercial office tenancies each with their own distinct entries and amenities.
Throughout the construction, the owners business was able to operate and only lost 1 hour of trade due to the changeover of the phone lines and commissioning of the registers.
